Courses consists of one session of 2.5 hours per week for seven/eight weeks - Cost of courses - seven week course Friday mornings €227.50 and 8 week courses Tuesday and Thursday €260

Course 1:

Tuesday 10.30 am – 1.00 pm:-           February:     2nd, 9th,16th,25th

                                                                 March:          1st, 8th,15th 22nd

Course 2:

Tuesday 7.00 pm – 9.30 pm:-             February:     2nd, 9th,16th,25th

                                                                 March:         1st, 8th, 15th,22nd

Course 3: 

Thursday 10.30 am – 1.00 pm            February:     4th, 11th, 18th, 25th 

                                                                 March::       3rd, 24th, 31st 

                                                                 April:           7th

Course 4:  

Friday 10.30 am – 1.00 pm                February::    5th, 12th, 19th 

                                                                March:         4th, 18th

                                                                April:            1st, 8th
